This invention is fully protected by a Patent registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (and international authorities).
Comprehensive Prohibition on Copying
It is prohibited to copy or use this structural principle that enables airflow through the piercing, or to manufacture products based on it, without authorization. Changing the shape or form of the holes/channels does not change the fact that our patent rights are infringed.

Invention/Patent Infringement Notice (IMPORTANT)
The “perforated/channelled body structure” that forms the basis of “Air Piercing” products and allows air to reach the skin or wound surface is our registered INVENTION. The protected element is not the product’s external appearance (design), but the mechanical/structural principle itself that provides ventilation.
Scope of Imitation
Manufacturing products using this structural principle (invention) is strictly prohibited. Changing the shape (for example, round, heart-shaped, elliptical, geometric, etc.) or size of the air channels or holes when manufacturing these products is not sufficient to circumvent patent protection and directly constitutes “Patent Infringement”.
Legal Sanctions
If our invention is manufactured without authorization, imitated through reverse engineering, or placed on the market, lawsuits for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages will be filed against the responsible individuals and organizations under Industrial Property Law No. 6769, and legal/criminal sanctions will be imposed without compromise.
